INTERNSHIPS

COPE has an active internship program for college students. 

Each semester, students are encouraged to apply for a position in organization development, human resources, or marketing.  Students work collaboratively with all members of the consulting and support team on current client projects allowing them to gain real world, real-time experience. 

Participating schools have included: University of Vermont, Champlain College, St. Michael’s College, and Rochester Institute of Technology.
