Kim Steinfeld is Director of finance and operation with more than 20 years of management experience in the business sector. While earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Vermont in 1987 Kim worked for Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc.
Kim spent 23 years working for Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. specializing in franchise services, systems, operations and program development. She has extensive experience in business finance and system development, research and planning, coaching, staff development and training, project management and community engagement.
Kim works with Cope clients from such industries as manufacturing, retail, insurance, transportation, education and human services. Her work has included proposal and contract development, budget creation and management, surveys and assessments, process design, project management, training material development and curriculum design.
