Mary vargas
Mary Vargas is a Senior Consultant and facilitator with 19 years of corporate and consulting experience, specializing in organization development, change management, and communications.
She has a passion for helping organizations create healthy and productive environments that support and drive business success. Mary has worked with both large and small organizations across a number of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, state government (tax), local government (child welfare), and faith-based organizations.
She has an inclusive and collaborative approach, and has helped organizations to implement successfully projects ranging from a small defined need to wide-spread change. She can create a visual map for a project and then step into that map to make it come to life by bringing appropriate support with project management, analysis, coaching, and innovative solution design and delivery.
Mary holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Government and French from St. Lawrence University. She is trained in Appreciative Inquiry, is a member of Future Search Network, and is fluent in French.
