Aaron Kinnart Joins Cope & Associates, Inc.

Aaron Kinnart has joined the consulting and training firm of Cope & Associates of Shelburne, VT.  As a Senior Associate, facilitator, and trainer, Mr. Kinnart’s expertise in designing training courses, retreats, and leadership development programs will further compliment the full range of services provided by COPE.    

Mr. Kinnart holds a Masters Degree in Experiential Education from Prescott College and is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School.  Prior to joining Cope & Associates, Mr. Kinnart worked as a consultant with Winner USA where he designed and facilitated leadership development programs for companies including KLM, Cairn Consultants, Sara Lee, and Microsoft.  After much success as a consultant, Mr. Kinnart founded an educational non-profit that utilized a unique blend of wilderness expedition and traditional principles of Native American people to facilitate leadership development.  In the fall of 2008, Aaron organized an expedition to the canyon country of southeastern Utah with ten executives from Microsoft UK. 

Most recently, Aaron was the Director of Programming at Essex CHIPS, a community coalition in Essex Junction, Vermont.  Mr. Kinnart and his team worked in collaboration with community members, school administrators, and state and local officials to plan and implement health and wellness initiatives in the greater Essex Junction community.  Mr. Kinnart also held management positions with other non-profits including: Three Rivers Montana Wilderness Therapy Programs, Global Campuses Initiative, and is currently serving as a volunteer Community Impact Team member at the United Way of Chittenden County.
