CDMS Contract

COPE in partnership with Spring Consulting Group, LLC were contracted to design and develop an online curriculum using the most current online delivery platform and an inventive case-based curriculum design. The CDMS Commission is the only nationally accredited organization to certify disability management specialists that analyze, prevent, and mitigate the human and economic impact of disability for employee and employers.

The CDMSC wanted to provide an online vehicle and content that practitioners could use as study in preparation for its certification examination or continuing education – or both. This exciting project brought COPE’s expertise in training and curriculum design to the forefront of online delivery. By providing a self-paced series of courses, students are able to choose exactly the content they need, and to complete the study on their own terms. This curriculum pulls the essence from revered sources, provides updates from current research and writing, and presents it in one place in an easy to digest format.
